can't remove liquidity for unlisted tokens

What happened?

When some tokens are unlisted from the backend, removing the provided liquidity it's not possible
(unless you add the token manually or enabling mdw tokens)

An user might not know such an workaroung

How can we reproduce it?

1. Add some liquidity into a pool
2. Unlist one of the tokens from the dex-backend
3. Go to the pool view
4. Press the Remove button related to the imported pool
5. Now, in the remove liquidity view you won't be able to approve or remove any of that liquidity
