`payForTx` transactions are not shown in list of `/activities` for account that signed `innerTx`

payForTx transaction payer is account B. The innerTx (transaction for which they will pay) is signed by account A.

This payForTx transaction will be listed in /activities endpoint only for account B and will not be listed in /activities endpoint for account A.

This transaction should be listed in /activities endpoint for both of accounts A and B.
