Train Mechanic house in plain village empty?

Hi, I dont know if it is on pupose, but I recently downloaded your mod, and discovered, that the house for Train Mechanic in plain village is empty, unlike desert, taiga etc. Is this on purpose or not?

Mod loader: Forge 43.2.21
