Package version issues

Hi,

i am trying to install SpatialInferCNV through conda env but I get the following error:

Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:

• r-hdf5r=1.3.5
• r-seurat=4.1.0

Not sure if those version do not exists anymore, do you have a workable .yml please?Thanks!

Hi,

not a developer, but I had the same issue while creating a conda environment. For me, it depended on my Windows machine, since those packages are not available in conda for Win as you can see from the "Files" section for r-hdf5r and r-seurat.

I just created the clean environment and installed lacking packages from CRAN, but in a Linux/OS machine it should work straightforward.
