Description
Thank you for sharing the code and providing an outstanding resource for the spatial biology community. Do we need to provide manual annotated csv file. This is largely because I plan to study a large cohort of 10x visium samples and it is practically difficult to go through each spot and manually annotate it. Is there a work around this step?
