Do from a bundle made from the download path.

Put CLI release binary on PATH, whether platform is bash/zsh/posix/Windows.

Put QL library... where? Where it is going to get picked up? Should we put it into a Libraries folder, and the symlink it from the workplace we create?

Install VSCode using archive (unzip into... where?), or the package we grabbed (use yum or dpkg, or brew).

Install VSCode QL extension using code CLI.

Tell VSCode QL extension where CLI release binary is (using settings).

Create VSCode Workplace programmatically, initialise it as a git repo, add everything to it, let user do the commit (?) or commit it automatically.
