Quick suggestions popup isn't populated with SilverStripe snippets

Following on from https://github.com/adrhumphreys/vscode-silverstripe/issues/17#issuecomment-662187019,

The quick suggestions popup doesn't get populated with SilverStripe snippets - to get them, I need to hit `esc`, then `ctrl`+`space` to bring up the suggestion popup again.

My bindings for `ctrl`+`space` are the defaults:
