Official release notes lagging behind #803

Hey,
You just released BOM version 3.17.0 and it is missing from the official release notes.
It is crucial that these pages are updated to know what is in these release without needing to read the code every time to try to spot the changes across all the repositories that this BOM entails.
(same issue as #756)
