"Set horizontal margins" commit missing comma

Thanks for your helpful tutorial (both blog post versions).

I'm still working my way through, but noticed in the "Set horizontal margins" commit that there seems to be a comma missing:

rightmargindistance=1mm

...though I have not yet been able to tell from the generated .pdf output (^^;

(Perhaps you know this already as a comma gets added in the next commit, but FWIW.)

Thanks for letting me know. I will fix it (which is a bit complicated as one has to rewrite git history).
