Add handling of stacked rockets

Currently ADC K is treated as purely additive. This needs to be updated (or the prompt changed to additional drag per component).

The specs list drags per component (not actually used in the calculations) and drag after Jettison. Perhaps we can keep the question asking drag per component but ask a secondary question regarding if any of the drag is offset.
