Question about the Code

Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering what [this code](https://github.com/adamsong/IncreaseMobCap/blob/b3f0f299b0c9fabb969dcfd874061a473b593d52/src/main/java/ml/adamsogm/increasemobcap/IncreaseMobCap.java#L44-L46) does? It was uncooperative when I updated to 1.18, so I commented it out and everything _seems_ to be working, but as I didn't know what it did in the first place I can't be sure.
