ads links: draw ascii art diagram of how services connect to each other

This would add two optional fields to ads.yml: inputs_cmd and outputs_cmd. ads would call those for each service. Each one would return a map from link name to value. ads links could then draw a graph, e.g. in graphviz format, showing the relationships between service.
