Add Gitter icon to social media page

• The social media icons all live in an html file.
• You can see them on the homepage, and the middle one, gitter, is missing.
• There are plenty of svg gitter icons out on the web, but whenever I try to put them in this file the image that shows up in the circle is super tiny.

I removed this from the homepage because it was broken but if someone can fix it we could add it back. 11be959
