Past Events no longer visible on Organization page

Sometimes, when you click on an organization page, you see a list of both future and past events.  Currently, most Org pages are only showing Future events - the past has vanished.

We definitely want to keep track of an all an organizations past events.  Preferably, "Past Events" will be split up by years, so we can see what an org did earlier this year, everything they did last year, etc.
