Update error message reported by outdated grype db

`ace-dt security scan` throws a non-informative error if grype db is out of date. All that's needed is `grype db update`. 

The main issue is grype changed their format of the checksum, which caused this error in the first place. It is likely that different format check reported error message that needs to be changed.
