Rift fork with improvements that makes it usable for me

I have created a rift fork for my own use in nix-darwin setup with the following fixes that i think is unusable without them:

• no longer have any ghost windows with cmd+w (quitting the window without quitting the app)
• if cmd+w happens on the last window, it will try to focus any window that is nearest to it
• auto switch to the workspace when open an app that has rule that moves to another workspace
• auto switch to the workspace when moving window to another workspace
• when first launching, it will try to stay on the same workspace of the current focused window
• when quiting rift, it will try to move all the windows (including hidden) to its position, so that we can use it right away
• when wake from sleep, everything should still be the same as before sleep (layouts, arrangments, windows, etc)
• performance improvements on race conditions
• disabled animation by default
• added more tests
• fixed --validate flag to actually validate the config file instead of the restore file

If it fixes your issue and the implementation make sense to you, feel free to pick those code and open a PR back to this repo, cos I am lazy to do so (because there are too many related commit in the middle, and splitting them in PR by PR requires some work), and I just want it to work on my setup without waiting for future merges or releases.

what apps/windows were you having issues with ghost windows? adding a sweeper is not really a true fix as the root cause still exists. and rift uses some of the most verbose events (windowserverdestroyed) so it really shouldn't miss any of those...

@acsandmann i don't really mean ghost window tho, its hard to describe, but attached a video of comparison. It mainly fixes on the cmd+w issue, where i cannot stand it to have to wait for a couple of seconds every time when do that. Funny enough, not all apps with cmd+w has this issue, at least from what i see and use (Finder, Firefox) has it. Hope it clarifies and helps in the project ~ I believe this is the issue as well regarding this, seems like same problem #112.
