Provide automatic codec derivation using shapeless #2
Description
ch.acmesoftware.typesolr.core.Codec should have a method Codec.derive[T] which supplies an automatic Codec for T. This should be achiavable using shapeless. Maybe implement it in an additional module, so core has no shapeless dependency.
