Change CLI verbs to Create/Update/Delete/View

IMO the user facing part of the program shouldn't use HTTP methods as verbs/options. I think it would be a bit clearer to the user if the options use words like 'Create', 'Update' or 'Edit', 'View', 'Delete' or 'Remove'
