Turkish Draughts Draw Detection #51
Description
In Turkish draughts, according to the rules here, it is a draw if both players have exactly 1 piece. However, this rule isn't implemented. This should be implemented so players don't have to spend a long time waiting for the computer to make a repetition. A game in which the game doesn't end after both players are reduced to 1 piece is attached.
