Last Modified Date is not accurate

e.g:
I modified a job today the 10th but its the 9th - Last Modified date : July-09-2017

When I tested it on my system, It is working fine.
For us to check what problem is there, Please do the following steps:

1. open NewJobPost page from Setup new alert button on recruiter dashboard.
2. When on NewJobPost page press "Ctrl+Shift+I" a small window will open on your browser, it contains many options like Element, Console, Source, Network etc. Click on console.
3. After that make changes on JobDetail page and click update. Alert will pop up, don't close it.
4. Take the screenshot of screen when alert is there and send screenshot to us.

Console have message like 'value of date send to server' and 'result received from server' this we want to check.

Please do it in evening after we deploy new package today.

We have identified the cause of this issue. This issue is caused due to different time zones. Now we are working on it.
