Image resource broken

The image links used on the compose button appear to be broken.
I checked http://ssl.gstatic.com/bt/C3341AA7A1A076756462EE2E5CD71C11/2x/bt_compose2_2x.png
and it seems to open okay, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
