WorldBorder Minecraft Config resetting everytime I restart my server.

I have set a new world border for map Minecraft world and have changed on few things in the World Border plugin's config file. However every time a restart or stop and start my server, anything I change is gone and it goes back to my old border. I got always type in the command to change it, which it does but every time I need to restart it resets. Does anyone know the issue here?
