UI needs to be developed that will talk to Manager and give us information about:

• Jobs listing and creation
• Active Proplets - topology of the network
• Monitoring of Proplets

We'll probably have to draw network topology in the form of some graph, so React / NextJS can be helpful here. Maybe something like https://reactflow.dev/
