collect standard library symbols to ignore

There are a lot of standard library symbols which are collected on the source/binary matched which might not always be correct, to fix this:

• we can collect most occurring symbols from many d2d pipeline runs and ignore these
• we can collect symbols from the standard library for the languages
• we might want to use fully qualified symbols as this would have more explicit matching
