Support for vosk models.

Can the app have support for vosk models. They have more variety of languages and they work good, not perfect but usable.

I have only tried english and spanish using nerd-dictation and I think its not bad.

I don't know if it is hard to implement it. But one good thing is that it has bindings for multiple languages https://alphacephei.com/vosk/install

The api should be similar to Vosk's api, so that should make the implementation easier than that of any random library. This what is written in the library's README used by Live Captions.

The bindings are based on the Vosk API bindings, which is another speech recognition library based on previous-generation Kaldi. Vosk is Copyright 2019 Alpha Cephei Inc. and licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.

Though, there was probably a reason to create a new library. Having Vosk integrated would offer support for multiple languages.
