[Feature Request] Allow for configurable line height

Allow for more than 2 lines of text to stay on the screen at a time. I play video games and use the captions to read the voice chat on a second monitor and need the time to catch up. I already patched https://github.com/abb128/LiveCaptions/blob/main/src/asrproc.c#L83 to wait for 15.0 seconds instead of 6.0.

I support this idea as I would love to see more lines of text as I think two line of texts is not that great. Minimum 3 lines up to 5 lines maximum at once. Give us Option from 2 to 5 lines of text or let us freely adjust the caption box to our own liking with the heights of the caption box.
