Change default asset definition to 2.0 instead of 1.2 in example scene

The current example scene in hpaint_example_scene.hiplc is linked to the 1.2 HDA by default but in the latest only 2.0 is included showing errors on opening. I think this can be updated to prevent start up errors in the future.
