UX Improvement: Show SHA for commits (Map + Commit view)

The SHA is currently not trivial to get to. Would help being able to see it. Additionally that popup in Map could benefit from text selection.

Additionally, useful also in the commit view. You can't see the SHA of the commit, only the message.

@dlikhten: I think this is not the repo you meant. This is aanand/git-up, a helper command line helper for fetching and rebasing, not git-up/GitUp (a graphical interface).
