Build on package perry #7
Description
Since cvTools is used by other packages, it should remain on CRAN. But underneath the hood, it might be good to let the broader package perry (which was intended to replace cvTools with additional resampling-based methods) do the work. That is, the functions in cvTools are then just wrappers for package perry.
