Deep-linking is necessary #30
Description
At DC28, we had to implement deep-linking for events in info.defcon.org on an emergency basis, because it was absolutely necessary, but we hadn't anticipated it. All apps should support deep-linking, not only for events, but also for speakers, FAQs, and anything else plausible.
