Seems two documents in GitHub

Hi

I am looking to add the notes on capabilities and I noticed in two documents :

The meeting invite I am reviewing this version:

The abstract for which starts with an introduction to overlays. I am happy with the abstract but noted that then in table of contents it’s starts with “what is edge”.

I don't feel this is helpful. Edge is really not the technical approach here. And feels like a distraction to the essence.

Then I noticed there are two links in GitHub.

Assuming I am targeting the right one here as the structure seems to be updated based on yesterdays call.
