Thank you for providing nice tutorial about minimap2 > Syri > Plotsr pipe line at https://a-lud.github.io/blog/Comparing-chromosomal-sequences-part-2, but I am having issues with figuring out how to generate the genome.txt file for plotsr. I thought of understanding about this from the demo files you provided but unfortunately I am unable to access the Box account where these files are located. Can you please provide the demo files, you used for that tutorial so that I can figure this out? I would be very thankful. Thank you for reading this.
