1.3.1 "Update All" button error

Built and tested 1.3.1

When you hit "Update All," you received this error box:
"The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

If you update individually, there is no error.

I've not been able to reproduce the error. There is a difference with Update All because it checks a list of shows that have updated since the last update and then only updates those shows. I'll leave this open as an issue to improve the error handling so there is more information on what request failed.

I have the same problem here. Is it possible that the api allows a maximum of 50 requests at once?
