Thanks for the heads-up on this although it seems my maintainer/owner permissions have been inadvertently revoked after wider updates to the a-b-street org after trying to checkout a branch associated with this PR:

Update on this, seems the polygon has moved. Any ideas where this file has moved to @dabreegster ?

The study area boundaries turned into GeoJSON a long time ago. Hopefully even easier to parse those than the old polygon format.
