Question if you could add SoD to Devoted PD

Hey man, hope you are doing well. I am trying to figure out how to implement the Scroll of Debug on an Android phone. Specifically I was wondering if it can be done for Devoted Pixel Dungeon? There are others that I want to implement the Scroll into, but I am not fully sure how to do it with just an Android phone. I was trying to do that and create an .apk installable file.
Lmk if you could help? I am using Android 10 on my phone.
