[BUG] Zonetool keeps crashing when dumping warlord.ff from IW5

Describe the bug
When Dumping the warlord.ff zonefile using dumpzone , an exception always hits and zone tools crashes with a alert box

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download IW5 from Steam
2. Download Zonetool dll and binary for iw5
3. Open Zonetool_iw5.exe and type dumpzone warlord
4. See error

Additional context
When dumping common.ff it shows an error of out of hard disk space but i have 100GB space available
