Hi @franzbischoff - sorry for the inactivity, I haven't quite kept the promise of keeping this repo maintained :-)

I don't really know how to "publish" your package here but I'll gladly link to your implementation. - let me know if you want me to do that!

FWIW the other two algorithms STOMP and SCRIMP should be pretty trivial to implement after STAMP (I know, I know - I haven't done that myself :-) ), so if you get around to those too definitely let me know!
