Implement instant unstaking #54
Description
Delegators shall be able to unstake and claim without waiting for the unbonding period in exchange for an extra commission.
The contract shall maintain an extra reserve in its balance which is dedicated to serve instant unstaking requests and is never deposited.
Evaluate the idea of dynamically extending the reserve by not depositing the staked funds immediately since they effectively only start earning rewards in the epoch after next i.e. it's sufficient to deposit them before the end of the current epoch.
