latest_model.weights文件找不到？

在pycharm运行报错：
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] Unable to open file (unable to open file: name = './latest_model.weights', errno = 2, error message = 'No such file or directory', flags = 0, o_flags = 0)

请问怎么解决呀
