Mixed algotypes implementation location

Hello,

I am trying my hand in some visualisation of the processes as I am trying to understand the paper and have a couple of questions if you have the time:

• Could you point me to the file that implements the mixed algotype sorting? I thought it was in multithread_cell_sorting_with_frozen_steps.py but I only see glimpses of it in the commented out code.
• Are we expecting sorting of mixed algotype arrays? For instance with 3 frozen cells would we get a sorted result?

I've been tinkering on a less top-down approach to this using the actor model, and wondering about the chimeric implementation myself.
