Blog post publication date

Currently the blog post publication date is set on the day the blog post is created, but we should actually move this to the date when the post is merged and published on the Zeus site.

Main problem with this is that we would need a hook of some sort which performs this edit when the merge request for said blogpost is accepted.

do you want the first creation of the file? the merge? or the last edit?
perhaps the merge and below the 'last edit' date if this is a different day?
What time format, just the date?
