Whats the recommended function of the "Remarks" Space on New Notes?

I would like which would be good use or examples of use for that space.

When you insert an Author or insert a Footnote and use it as an academic reference it only gives you the Author (and bibliograhic data if you have loaded it from Zotero) but not the page reference. So I use remarks for my page references

I sometimes use remarks like "used this Zettel for writing article x in year y".
