With conversation sync disabled, all chats in lumo-tamer basically behave like private chats.
When conversation sync is enabled, we need a mode for private chats:
- don't sync
- don't log chat messages, even when log.messageContent is true
Ie. /private will start a new, non-persisted conversation.
