Mushoku Tensei not matching episodes properly in tvdb5 mode

Expected Behavior

I added Mushoku Tensei with absolute numbering so I can use tvdb5 and map specials to the correct position (Season 1 special maps to Absolute episode 17, and Season 2 special maps to Absolute episode 25).

Current Behavior

The special for the first season is not mapped to the absolute order 17, instead it gets mapped to the absolute order 18 (which would be S01E17 in a normal tvdb layout)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a folder for Mushoku Tensei and a tvdb5.id file
2. Name episodes with Absolute Number
3. Highlighted episode won't show as episode 17

4. The episode appears as 18

Ohh, my bad, I thought I should rename the episodes with absolute numbering. Is there a mode that supports this?

I mainly ask because I have a few other series where the specials go in between seasons, like My Happy Marriage

But using absolute number in that series seems to work, that's why I tried it on Mushoku Tensei

Removing the specials from the absolute ordering, and continuing from Season 1 to Season 2, and naming the Specials S00E01 and S00E02, it maps correctly for the first season but not after that.
After this I renamed the second season to start at episode 26 and it works.
