[Need Fix?] Utilities RaidTools Marks Bar World Marks should works?

I saw in WoTLK how Raid Leaders can set it on a ground and its visible for all
Does it possible to enable it too here?

I haven't seen working World Markers in WOTLK, if you have such addon you can send it to me to analyze.

Its Builtin in a client :)
When you make party, on left side of screen - tiny panel
Flag icon calls raid icons what can be placed on ground

it will be visible if this option disabled

But when Cell enabled, default Blizz panel and function not works cuz blocking by Cell, cuz Cell handling this feature
So, it should works in Cell too
