Missing file, counters.json

When you get to last step and you try and start the bot, running the node bot-counter.js command brings up an error saying you are missing the counters.json file. I do not see this file anywhere in your code, where do I get that file?

Same, i really need a bot like this but i'm clueless to how setup the json file or where to get it :P
