ZEPH coins disappeared due to a forgotten audit

A previous audit attempt failed with an error, and I subsequently forgot about the matter. Now, by comparing my transaction history in the CSV file, I've confirmed that the total amount of ZEPH I received is correct. However, my current web wallet balance only shows a small portion from recent transactions; all the previously unaudited coins have disappeared. How can I recover them?
