Filtering by labels not working as expected.

When filtering by pr - reviewed and tested by community, pr - needs review, pr - needs work returning no results.

Hah, So basically it works as designed but it's not intuitive.

It shows 0 due to 0 issues with single label pr -need review

Probably I have to change Filter design.

PS: by single label i mean only one label attached to issue.
Try: pr - needs review + status - has pull request + type - bug report

I have fresh idea:
add + and - for each filter option.

If + clicked - display items that has selected option

if - clicked - display items that does not have selected option
