Feature Request
Provide the possibility for Mentors/Instructors to confirm/deny an appointment and have the system send an email to the student about it, so the student knows if the pending session will happen or not.

Purpose
Right now the system is only booking a session and provides the student a confirmation email that it was booked but the mentor is not able to say if the session will happen or not. If you compare it with EasyAppointments, you for example had the Status dropdown which you could change to the custom status the Admin had set, eg. confirmed, denied, cancelled, no-show etc. And the student would receive an email with that status change.

Implementing this would help students to not take a session as granted or at least to not let them hanging about it.

  • Mentors are able to accept/deny an appointment
  • Email being sent to both Mentor and Student with it
