Store sample stats as a table meta to speed up some queries

Integrate sample stats such as:

• number o reads total

• number of reads per contig

• other provided by samtools flagstat
  and store them as a table-level stats/meta
  Integrate with ANALYZE TABLE COMPUTE STATS command
